Please welcome Dr. Mayya Bakman and extended practice hours!
Dear patients,
We have been blessed to welcome and develop deep, lasting relationships with you. As our practice has grown, we realized the need to expand. We will be extending our hours of operation to better accommodate everyone’s busy schedules, especially as many of you return to your work places. Our new hours are:
- Monday-Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Every 3rd Saturday 8:00am – 2:00pm
In order to make this possible, we are expanding our team. We are proud to welcome Dr. Mayya Bakman as a new partner. Dr. Bakman grew up in Skokie and attended University of IL in Chicago and Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After graduating from dental school in 2007, Dr. Bakman returned to Illinois. Dr. Bakman has over 16 years of experience as a dentist in the North Shore Suburbs. Dr. Bakman lives in Northbrook with her husband and two daughters.
Dr. Bakman specializes in preventing, diagnosing and treating disease and conditions associated with the mouth and overall dental health. She offers a wide range of services, including but not limited to cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, periodontal treatment, and endodontic treatment. Dr. Bakman strives to be a dentist that patients can trust and go to when they need help. Whether it’s a regular checkup or more advanced work, the goal is to assist all of the patients in achieving and maintaining their dental health. Dr. Bakman also enjoys working with children so that they can develop positive attitude towards dentistry and understand the importance of maintaining good oral health.
Dr. Gary Alberts, Dale, Inna, Fran and Barbara are excited to have Dr. Bakman join the team. Our team is committed to providing you and your families with the same excellent care in a professional and friendly manner. We are excited for you to meet Dr. Bakman during your next visit. She is always open to an opportunity to see you and address any of your dental needs.
Dr. Bakman is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), ISDS, and CDS. She keeps up to date on developments in the field of dentistry by attending conferences, continuing education classes and current literature to ensure that patients receive most comprehensive and advanced care.
